Welcome to the team!

Gigs and band update

We ve had a blast this past month with great shows at The Vineyard in St Kilda and The Black Bee in Belgrave! Next up the boys and I will be hitting The Industrial in Sunbury… with a new bassist!
We’d love to thank Duncan for all his work with The Remedy and we were sad to see him go. We a very pleased though to announce we have a brand new bass player, Ben Tobin. He’s a great new addition and we look forward to working with him!
We’d also love to thank Danny Filips for standing in at the Black Bee and doing a great job!

Gareth Huggett & The Remedy live it up in St Kilda!

We had a blast at Lona Bar at the weekend, busting out a 3 hour gig. We smashed out the entire Modern Life album from start to finish, a few tracks from The Remedy and Troubadour albums, plus some Muddy Waters, The Allman Brothers Band, George Thorogood, BB King, Hound Dog Taylor and many others. People walking by or at nearby venues enjoying the St Kilda Blues Fest came in to join us and made it a killer show. Gareth and Duncan popped out into street via the windows like a couple of Dutch hookers to entertain the passers by and fans enjoying the sun. All in all it was a cracking day! Thank you to all the turned out and to Lona Bar for having us!

New gigs at ICONIC VENUES!!

Gareth and the Remedy are adding new dates to the diary. And they are huge!

On May 9th Gareth Huggett & The Remedy will be playing their first gig at The Vineyard in St Kilda. Regular live music fans will know all about this iconic St Kilda venue. It’s going to be an epic night!!

And later in the year, the boys are making their debut on the legendary Blues Train, December 6th. This will be the most amazing experience for the band and the Blues Train patrons. What an honour!

It’s been a dream of Gareth’s to play The Blues Train ever since his first visit as a fan six years ago.
